After-Sales Service – Warranty

After-sales service support due to breakage or manufacturing defect

Have you encountered a problem with an item recently purchased on our website, at an event, or through one of our points of sale? If you wish to claim under the manufacturer's warranty, please follow the procedure below carefully.

Shipping costs to our after-sales service are the responsibility of the customer (shipping via Mondial Relay). However, if the request is accepted by the manufacturer, Badminland will cover the return shipping costs.

1. General information

Badminton rackets:

The manufacturer's warranty on a racket is valid for 6 months from the delivery date . Beyond this period, brands generally consider that a manufacturing defect is no longer plausible, because late breakage rarely results from an original defect.

If you opted for a string when purchasing, it will be offered as part of the after-sales service if your order is less than a month old. After this period, restringing will be charged.

⚠️ IMPORTANT – NEW RULE FROM JANUARY 1, 2025

From this date, no after-sales service request can be accepted for a racket whose head is cracked or broken if the stringing has been cut or removed , whatever the reason.

Please do not cut or remove the strings before sending the racket to the after-sales service. This condition is imposed by the brands and any non-compliant request will be automatically refused.

⚠️ No after-sales service will be accepted in the following cases:

  • Multiple impacts or very poor general condition

  • Crushing of the racket head in several places

  • Localized break at 3 or 9 o'clock (areas rarely broken without external shock)

  • Stringing fault due to incorrect assembly: incorrect tension, poorly fixed frame, lack of adapters, etc.

  • Visible damage to the upper part of the stem or at the cone (extremely solid area)

👉 The racket must have been strung by the Badminland team or mounted with a 4-knot string pattern.


Rope:

Ropes are considered consumables and are therefore not covered by the warranty .

However, if the original string supplied with the racket breaks within 15 days of receipt , a commercial gesture may be considered (return of a string) subject to :

  • That the breakage is not due to an impact outside the striking zone (string hit near the frame)

  • That the string is still present and that the racket does not show excessive friction

Please send photos of the racket and strings to support@badminland.fr , specifying the order reference , the date of purchase and the problem encountered .


Shoes :

Although considered heavy-duty products, our shoes come with a 3-month manufacturer's warranty against any manufacturing defects.

Beyond that, there is no longer any guarantee, but if you feel that your pair is wearing abnormally, you can send us photos accompanied by your order reference to support@badminland.fr . We will then inform you of the feasibility of sending it to the supplier.

However, if you have received an item that is not compliant or has a defect after very limited use, you can notify our team by sending photos and your invoice to support@badminland.fr


2. Steps to follow

To initiate after-sales service, please:

  • Return your product via Mondial Relay to the following address:

    Don't forget to include our email address: support@badminland.fr

  • Attach to the package:

    • The completed after-sales service form received by email during our first contact

    • A copy of the invoice

⚠️ Incomplete applications or those that do not comply with this procedure will not be considered .


3. File monitoring

Upon receipt, your product will be sent to the relevant brand for assessment.

⏳ The average processing time is approximately 4 weeks , but it may vary depending on the supplier. Badminland is not responsible for the manufacturer's response time.

You will be informed of the final decision by email or telephone as soon as we receive feedback.
